DV现场原名全民DV，该节目秉承“直击现场、关注民生”的宗旨，内容上强调对本土百姓生活的关照，形式上追求“记者永远在现场”的感觉。

《DV计划》由姜思达发起，以周为更新频率，只持一台DV为摄录设备。我们寻找这个时代里的关键人物与关键现象，尽可能展开更具深度的对话，追求事件的另一种面相，抵达真实的生活。
